· Customer contacts SLI-Consulting with service issues
· SLI-Consulting will either fix problem or dispatch a tech
support engineer
· Dispatched support is guaranteed to be onsite within a time
frame stipulated by the On-site Maintenance Agreement
· If needed, parts are ordered for next business day
· Dispatched support reschedules service in conjunction with
part arrival
